Coastal sunrise
This waterfront 24′ by 14′ deck was built with Azek mahogany decking, white vinyl trim and a clear glass railing with complementary cap board. For evening use, the LED post lights illuminate the main living area and stairs. These lights come on at sunset and turn off at sunrise or can be set on a timer. In order to take advantage of the physical attributes of their property, we sit down with our clients to discuss how they intend to use the space – and this includes time of day, space needed for entertaining and other aspects of planning.
