Coastal Deck and Fence was awarded a contract to replace footings for a rail fence and patio hardscape on a waterfront property close to South County that is very important not only for maintenance but to preserve the integrity and stability of soil on a hillside. Several companies were interviewed, but it was determined that Mr. Brandon Stewart’s company, Coastal Deck and Fence, by far excelled in their technical and aesthetic approach to accomplish the job. Their approach for stabilization stayed within the mandatory original footprints and a pleasing design of railing and hardscape were created. Without fail, Mr. Brandon and his crew were very professional and responsive to job requirements and at all times were reliable and courteous. His crew executed superior results in hardscape and the railing, a prominent feature of the home, was beautifully rendered in stick built red cedar.
