This Coastal deck and porch combo is a brand new addition to our client’s home. With a blank slate, Brandon helped advise on what would be the best solution to maximize budget, size and seasonal comfort.
The composite maintenance-free decking is Fiberon’s Tuscan Villa golden brown color, which compliments the home’s cool gray siding perfectly. The gable porch design provides an airy interior with open rafters. The fan, multiple outlets and floodlights were installed to provide cooling airflow and ample lighting inside and outside the porch. The black aluminum spindles in the white vinyl railing also produces an openness to the overall design.
Rain or shine, this outdoor space will be a comforting relaxation zone for much of the year.
