What a view!

Below are two examples of projects from this summer that improved the views from the back of the homes and greatly enhanced the daily quality of life for the homeowners.

Main-level porch

This porch and deck creates the perfect platform to take advantage of the homeowner’s water view. The cable railing style used here creates an openness and a safe environment for family and friends. The deck leads to a screened porch with a “super screen” – a type of screen that is extra strong. The deck boards are a low maintenance stain-and scratch-resistant style, which are designed to prevent cracking and cupping. With access from the main level of the home, this deck and porch will be used daily for quick access to a relaxing outdoor environment.

Coastal combo

This Coastal combo is one of our most popular packages. It includes low voltage lighting along the railings and in the landscaping. The sitting wall around the fire pit is made of Nantucket veneer stack stone and a lime stone cap. The composite deck has a white vinyl rail trim and cap with black aluminum railings and post lights. The decking is a high-performance, eco-friendly wood alternative, which offers the warmth and appeal of natural hardwoods without all the time and expense of maintenance. The mulched landscaping features Azalea and Nandina plantings complimented with attractive grasses. In addition, there are path lights and wall lights that create a mellow ambiance for evening enjoyment.
