“We went with Coastal because Brandon was a local person, and he was easily accessible and when we talked, the things he said seemed to make sense. It didn’t seem like he was trying to misdirect us or sell us extra stuff. He said what he meant and meant what he said. We didn’t have a back exit out of our top floor on the apartment side, and all of our porches were just real small basic porches that were built with the house. We just wanted a better outdoor space to move around in and have people over. Working with Brandon and his team was very comfortable and straight forward. He came out, gave us a quote, he would give us some options that we could make things bigger or smaller.
