We needed a new set of steps and a paver patio to replaced a ripped up concrete slab due to outside plumbing problems. Brandon and his company were not the least expensive of our contractor choices, but his rapid responses to us and his personality were major selling points. We are very glad we choose Coastal. Brandon listened to us and then devised a plan for our space, explaining everything every step of the way. We had to have the concrete broken up and taken away, a major pine tree removed and replaced with landscaping, pop up drains installed, a sump pump drain repaired, a door replaced, the paver patio and capstone work. The work started as scheduled and every phase of the work went as planned. Brandon’s crew was excellent, and we cannot say enough about the professionalism, politeness and pleasantness they all displayed. They explained each step and why they were doing what they were doing. They were extremely respectful toward our property and our neighbors. We added work to the job, another door replacement and another drain pop up into the yard, which they completed just as easily as they did the original plan. They asked what else they could do for us before they left. They worked hard, they worked smart, they worked clean and neat. We would recommend Coastal Deck and Fence to anyone interested in clean, quality work. This Christmas Eve, with 70 degree weather, we had hamburgers – grilled on our brand new outdoor patio!
